Key(s) that do not work correctly can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

To return a key please request an RMA number using the above form.

An RMA number will be provided along with a freepost envelope for you to print.

Once printed the freepost envelope needs cutting out and folding to shape.

The backing card supplied with the original key needs cutting down to fit in the freepost envelope.

Please write your RMA Number onto the card.

Please tape the key to the card, place in the envelope, then glue the envelope shut.

Please post the freepost envelope.

Once received a refund will be issued.
